A break to dream, create, imagine, play and express yourself using different media such as pastels, felt pens and the collage technique: a wonderful moment to let go of stress, refocus on yourself and reconnect with your imagination!
You don't need to have any artistic skills: you'll be guided to rediscover your creative impulse in a way that's in tune with your current mood.
For adults and teenagers aged 14 and over.
