A day to recharge your batteries, regenerate and suspend time!
In the unspoilt setting of the Milles Etangs, Sandrine invites you to discover a few yoga and creative practices that will help you to slow down and pay attention to how you feel and what you need. As you walk, you'll pick up sensations, colours and emotions. You'll then be able to draw up the first pages of your walking log.
