Spectacle : Belfour

Winner of the 2022 Jacques Brel Festival Young Talent Competition.
Belfour is a luminous canvas woven between Lucie Mena's ethereal voice and Michael Sacchetti's haunting guitars. Lucie knows the power of words, the torrent of anger, the stillness of the current that carries away grief. Michael, for his part, whips up an air charged with electricity, leaving deep marbling marks in the electronic flesh of the songs, hanging on the lips of a black and passionate poetry. The duo's fragile, urgent songwriting is immediately captivating, torn apart by words that transpire in French.
