Topick is a bit crazy and imaginative! With one aim: to make us laugh. Ordinary excellence' is the title of this show, Topick's third opus after 'Fou normal' and 'Le bureau des solutions'. Ordinary excellence is his credo. Why settle for the ordinary if not to push it towards excellence? But when you're, as Topick himself puts it, "penniless, uncultured, and with a physique like a bean", it's not all plain sailing. From zany situations to fictitious fits of nerves, the pace never lets up for a moment, and you come away from this show full of jokes. Surrounded by iconoclastic material that he uses in original ways, Topick knows how to handle laughter and draw us into the wake of his incredible adventures.
