The first outlet to sell local produce in 50 years!
In 1970, ten farmers got together to create their own business to sell their Kirsch. They set up shop on the edge of Route 57, at the "Ferme Chassard". "Kirsch et Terroir" is the name of the group, a reference to Fougerolles, the capital of Kirsch, and the local area in which it is produced.
The producers sell Kirsch, which became AOC in 2010, local brandies, Morello cherries with AOC Kirsch, homemade jams, honey, farmhouse Munster cheese and, above all, the famous "Lo Cul Dra Haut" aperitif.
Group of producers, Kirsch et Terroir - the Chassard farm invites you to discover its showcase of products, in particular Fougerolles kirsch. Products: farmhouse kirsch, local brandies and liqueurs, "Lo cul dra haut" cherry aperitif, cherry cream, farmhouse munster, honey, syrup, jams.
